Made from high-quality eggs that have been spray-dried and processed into a fine powder, canned whole egg powder is a shelf-stable alternative to fresh eggs that is perfect for use in a variety of culinary applications.

Dried eggs are a great source of protein and add Vitamins A, B12, and folate to any recipe. Powdered eggs are also low in saturated fat making them ideal to consume daily. There’s nothing to making powdered eggs, just add water, and you’ve got fresh eggs!

Shelf-Life:  Powdered Whole Egg Powder will store for 10 to 15 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

Instructions:  To Reconstitute one large egg, mix 2 ½ tablespoons powdered whole eggs with 2 ½ tablespoon water. Use for any recipe that calls for eggs. When using with other dry ingredients, it is not necessary to reconstitute egg. Simply add dry egg to other ingredients in mixture to necessary amount.
