This seasoning blend is a must for me!! I have repurchased several times. If you enjoy Thai food, you'll love this blend. It's light and fresh, but still packs a punch. I use it so much, it has become a standard for me to have 2 backup bottles on hand.

I cook a lot. I need to add-on to the house to hold all the seasoning I have. I didn't sense a really strong Buffalo flavor in this, but the barbecue taste is amazing and not too hot that people cant eat it. Just enough to make it tangy. I will definitely buy this again. I put it over chicken rice and celery with just a touch of sauce. So good.
